Day 5 - Gold Coast Trip - Dream World

Our BF. Salmon and ham wrap.

Went Dreamworld today. It was raining when we reached but luckily the sky clear up just before the door opened. Bought the unlimited world pass which gave me unlimited entry to Dreamworld, Whitewater world and Skypoint for a year. The world pass cost $115 AUD and it's actually quite ex. But with the pass, I can buy 4 tickets at 50% during my birthday mth so it's still quite worth it..

Camwhoring on the bus.

We are more interested in the Big 8 Thrill Rides more than anything else. The Big 8 includes Pandamonium, Buzzsaw, Tower of Terror II, The Cyclone, The Giant Drop, Wipeout, The Claw,  Mick Doohan's Motocoaster.
.

First we tried Buzzsaw, the newest ride at Dream World. It's quite fun. Looked scary but it's actually not. BuzzSaw is currently the second highest inversion of its type in the world.

Buzzsaw

Watched Robin Hood 3D Movie

Kennie and the young ones played the Giant Drop.  The ride is situated on the Dreamworld Tower which also houses the Tower of Terror II. I didn't play as I dont really like the feeling of dropping from a height. It makes me wanna pee. Hehe. But Kennie and the kids enjoyed it.

See how happy and excited they look
escalating up and dropping down in secs.
Next they tried the Log Ride. Just dont understand why they like to make themselves wet.

& we visited Australian Wildlife Experience. The kangaroos are so tame. They just laze around and let us touch. There's this guy who just lie beside the kangaroo and keep caressing him. Maybe he was there for hours already. Think he must be a kangaroo lover.

Didnt get to watch this as there are still many rides that we have yet to try.
At Wiggles World. The rides are more for the little ones.
Lunch. Burger and chips again,
At Dreamworld Experience. The area is split up into three areas (Madagascar Madness, Shrek's Faire Faire Away and Kung Fu Panda: Land Of Awesomeness).

Pandamonium. One of the Big 8. I didnt know that this is one of the Big 8. Only know it when I was updating this post and googling the net. Videl had motion sickness after playing this. Too much swinging and 360 degrees turn already.
Try to spot them.

Another of the Big 8, The Claw. Swing 9 stories high, spin 360 degrees, reach zero gravity.

Only 3 of us played The Claw. Videl was down with motion sickness and the rest were too tired I guess. After we played, Kennie played alone while I brought Veona to play the Wipeout.
Wipeout. I'm never a fan of this. It's not scary but it's the swinging and flipping that I'm worried that I might get motion sickness. So only Veona and Ijona played this.

We didnt get to conquer all the rides today due to time constraint.

Went home early to rest as Videl was not feeling well. She slept early after dinner.

Our simple dinner.

Ugly looking omelette. Lol.
