Went to ECP for the AHM training again. My timing improved tremendously 76.19 mins for 14 km, last week was 75.50 for 12 km. Still felt energetic after the run but as usual, was super hungry after the run. Ate 2 plates of Bee Hoon for dinner. Piggy me.
Guess will have to miss the AHM training next week as there's some AOH vetting by my big boss next Fri. Meaning to say I would have miss my 16km training. We need to clock 16km before we can run for the AHM.
