Went to Mil's house first before having BF at Railway Mail. The food there is so so only. Heard from some aunties (Kennie included) that it will be unlucky to do house visiting today. House visiting here means to go people's house with the 2 oranges and wish them Gong Xi Gong Xi. So going to Mil's house is not considered as house visiting as we didn't bring any oranges. Superstitious, right?
Went to Granny and Karin's house again. Stayed there till evening and managed to sneak out to River Ang Pao. It's held at Marina Platform again and the usual chinese zodia sign for us to take photo and some UK funfair rides. Expensive rides and some rides look a bit old and wearoff. Not sure if we can trust the safety aspects of all these rides.
Left after a while and went shopping at MS. Most shops are closed and the restaurants and food court are all packed with people. Ended in 1 shabu shabu buffet restaurant. Was happily seated ready to order our food but was told that Veona has to pay adult price. In the end, we left the restaurant cause we felt that it's really not worth it. From what we know, adult price is for 13 and above. She's only 11 lor.
In the end, we went to a Fish Head Steamboat restaurant at Outram Road. I like the name of the shop. Heng Heng Fish Head Steamboat. Heng Heng = Lucky. So let's hope everything will be heng heng after this meal. Food is nice but it's really very ex. I will explain the prices in each photo.
Send kids to Karin's house after dinner as they will be spending the night at her house. Really Pei Fu her as she will be looking after 5 kids tonight. Power!
Forgot to mention that I was summon for not displaying the car park coupon at Granny's place. There's no free parking at her place but most of us didn't display the coupons as we thought that they will close one eye. Luckily I parked at the white lot, some was fined for parking at reserved lots and double yellow line.
