Fetched the kids to school for their CCA while we went to Commonwealth Food Centre for BF. Actually wanted to go to Tanjong Pagar Market as Kennie missed the food there. Ended at Commonwealth cause we wanted to checkout if the food centre has completed the renovation. Business has resumed after their renovation but our favourite raw sliced fish is nowhere to be seen. Guess they must have shifted elsewhere.

Our vegetarian BF at 1 of the coffee shop beside the FC. Saw people queing up so we reckon that it must be nice and it has the Yummy King's logo on their signboard. It's quite nice but a bit too oily.

Visted Sis and she gave me some CNY goodies. So good to be the youngest in the family. Hehe.

It's Agnew's bday today. Had lunch with him at Barrack@Demsey Road. It's our second time here and we were already bored with the menu as the menu is quite limited. We ordered the usual black ink pizza and cod fish & chip and this time, we tried their dessert. Their dessert menu looks more tempting and have a larger varities to choose from.

Went to Funan to do some official stuff for my co. and in the end spend hell lots of money. Bought a set of printer ink refill, a bottle of lampe berger oil (eucalyptus) and was cheated my hard earn money by a unscrupulous shop. I went in to the shop to buy a remote control for my DSLR and the Sales Assistant introduced me a add-on wide angle lens with macro function. He told me that the shop is giving a big discount for this item and bla bla bla bla. Since I have been looking for a wide angle and macro lens, this add-on meets my requirement. For the price of 1 lens, I got to have the functions of 2 lenses. I bought the lens and after trying it, I felt that the images are distorted. A bit disppointed with the quality, I went back to search for the net and bad comments were given to this shop and how they con people to buy this type of lens. This lens cost a few times lesser in ebay. Beside the cheaper price, this add-on will also damage the mechanism of the orginal lens as the lens is not able to support the weight of the add-on. Sigh.. a lesson learnt. I will make sure I did my homework before buying things in future.

Had our reunion dinner with Mil at a Thai restuarant behind boat quay. The shop's name is very unique, Tom Yum Kung Fu. Food here is quite nice especially for their Thai BBQ but the serving for the pork is too much. It would be better if they give us more seafood. Keke..
