Fetched Veona's from GB HQ early in the morning as she has tuition at British Council. She called us early in the monring informing us that she will not get the certificate of participation for the camping if she went back early. Really #$%%^, the teacher should have informed us earlier then we can decide not to go. But anyway, it's just a cert only. At least she experienced the some living style for the 3rd world countries though not 100% simliar.

The moment we saw her, she started talking non stop again. When she's not around, we missed her so much but she's back, we think she very fan. hehe.

After tuition, we brought them to Fajar Mac to celebrate their P6 friend's bday party. But in the end, it's not the usual bday party that we expected. They are just meeting up and going to the void deck or shoping centre to loiter around. Oh no. The making of Ah lian and Ah beng. Being the possessive type of parents, we did not allow them to join them.

Dinner with Mum and Sis's at the steamboat restaurant at Cheong Chin Nam Road. It's Uncle Huat's treat cause he striked 4D last week. The food is so so only but they have quite a lot of varieties and they have a cooked section that even have chilli crab.

Veona went camping today. Think it's called Fast and Fuzz Food Camp. It's to let the kids experience the life in 3rd world country. They will be sleeping on cardboard and eating simple food like plain porridge. Sob Sob.. Poor Veona. Missed her leh.

While Veona is experiencing the 3rd world living, we went shopping at ION.

The beef noodle claimed to be from the previous Scotts Shopping Centre. $5 for a bowl. Price is still quite acceptable.

Fish Soup from Fatty Weng. The main shop is at Bukit Batok. The fish soup here is nothing comparable to the one at Bukit Batok. $5.50 including rice.

Ice Cream at Marvelous Cream. Marvelous Cream hails from Japan. After ordering, you’ll get to watch them mix your ice-cream with the different sides e.g. cheese, biscuit, banana etc on a -16°C marble top just like Cold Rock and Ice Cream Chefs. Beside the innovative way of eating the ice cream, there's really nothing worth coming for.





Visited Granny and Videl stayed at Sis's place. Initially she didn't want to stay there cause she felt that she will be very bored without Veona but changed her mind when we were about to leave.

Famous Pan Fried Tau Kau at Redhill Market. But standard dropped since they changed hand. Father handed over to son.

Booked air tickets for Mar. Very Kiasu right? But they are having a sales so it's really very tempting. Know we should be more prudent during this economic downturn but the offer is too good to be true. I shall not disclose where we are going now but it's one of our favourite countries or should I say it's top in our list.

Finally the exam is over. Hope they will get good result.

Since the exam is over, we were on off today. Not off from work but off from looking after the kids.

Went shopping at Jurong Point.

Our dinner at Men Ichi, a Ramen restaurant at Jurong Point. It's located just opposite Kuishin Bo. Food was quite nice and affordable. This set meal is only $14 and it include the following.









Veona stayed over at Mil's house cause she's going for camping tmr. Videl will not be going as it's for P4 and P5 only. Come to think about it, it's the first time they are not sleeping together after 9 years.

Was on leave on Thurs and Fri to revise exam with the kids. Kennie was also on leave on Thurs too. Blood pressure shooting up already already because of all the shouting and scolding

Though exam is just next week but there's still CCA for the kids. Cant they just stop the CCA for a week.
