Happy Bday Singapore.
A day at the Southern Ridges again. This time we are more prepared into venturing further. Kennie woke up earlier to prepare hotdog roll for us to bring it there. Was quite surpirsed to see that the place is super pack, what are they doing on a public holiday morning? Shouldn't they be in dreamland?
We started our walk from Alexandra Arch to Forest Walk and then finally reached Henderson Wave. The walk took almost 2 hours though it's just less then 6km. A good start for our Family's healthy lifesystyle programme.

It's time to enjoy some good food after a great workout. We had lunch at Sin Ming Road and we ordered the famous Salted Vege & duck soup, & braised duck. The soup is disappointing, think I can cook better than them. Next, we went to Icekimo at Sin Ming Centre for ice cream. Finally get to try it after many failed attempts to go there. Was full of anticipation when I ordered their spaghetti ice cream as I have been seeing delicous looking photos on this particular ice cream. The ice cream don't really looked like spaghetti as it's starting to melt and don't look very appealing. Anyway, the D24 flavour ice cream tasted the best and it does taste very much like the real durian.
Time to take a nap again. Quite shiok right? Eat & Sleep, Eat & Sleep. Had claypot rice at Bukit Batok before proceeding to Mum's house. Missed the first part of the NDP show. Anyway, the part after the parade marched off really cmi. Can feel the difference after watching the Olympic Opening Ceremony. But of course there's nothing to compare since billions were used in the Opening Ceremony.
Not very appealing but it's definitely delicious.
