The kids continued their Monopoly game in the morning.

Virgin cooking using our stove. I'm like a kitchen assistant, doing most of the cutting of the garlic, chilli, ginger etc. Kennie did most of the cooking while I only cooked the clam.

Lady finger with chilli

Steam prawn with egg

Chilli Claim

Melon sharkfin soup

It's Ken's birthday. Had dinner at Zion Road FC. Lots of nice food there.

Famous Carrot Cake Shop

The owner of the carrot cake shop is a mute. He read our lips to take order

Not really very nice. A bit bland to my liking.

The cockles fried kway teow is very nice. Super long queue. The owner was even invited to the swearing of President Nathan.

Avocado with longan.

We went to a KTV pub, Ten Dollars Club, at Smith Street to celebrate Ken's birthday. It's dirt cheap. Only $10 per person for 3 hours of singing and free flow of soft drinks and hot drinks.

A bowl of Sharkfin soup for everyone. Tasted horrible.

Lousy red wine. It's very diluted, we even suspected that they add water to it.

Karin bought the kids back to her home while the rest of us went to Movida. It's quite happening but we didn't really like the live band as they sang Latin songs. Kennie and I went over to Karin's house to stay. Ken and I ended guarding the living room.
