Happy Deepavali to all Hindu. It's holiday for us too. BF at Lavender FC. The food centre is very big with lots of nice food. Will come back again to try the rest of the stalls.

This stall is quite famous selling Mee Chiam Kuey. It's not just ordinary Mee Chiam Kuey with peanut or red bean paste. This store has special filling like sambal chilli, hot dog, tuna and many many types. It looks more like pizza.

Ham with Cheese Mee Chiam Kuey

Actually I came here for the prawn noodle. Heard good review of this stall but was quite disappointed with it especially the chilli powder. It tasted like those indian curry powder.

Long House Popiah - 1 of the famous popiah stall in Sg with many stalls in different parts of Sg. Nothing fantastic about it. Tasted just like a normal popiah

This stall sells very nice fish porridge. Fish is fresh and the soup is tasty.

Wanted to visit Granny but she's not around so went to Karin's house instead. So paiseh, she's doing her housework and we went there to disturb her. Went to Ten Dollars Club again. 5 hours of singing. My voice became hoarse after the long hour of singing.

Heard that there's a nice Western Food at Margaret drive so we went there to check it out. Queued for almost 30 mins as it's self service. Coffee shop food with food court price but the serving is quite big. The food is not really very fantastic, kind of disappointed as I was expecting much more than that. Maybe it's due to the long wait and the oily smell that I was exposed to that made me lose my appetite.
Ye Lai Xiang? Sound like those sleazy bar.
The Menu. Expensive food in this rundown hawker
Sirloin Steak. A bit hard and chewy
Fish & Chip. Quite average

Chicken Cutlet - quite nice but the sauce spoil the whole thing. Chicken cutlet should be crispy and dry, and not wet and soggy.

Chicken Chop - Not bad. Chicken is quite tender
