Taipei Trip - Day 7

Home sweet home

Good time always past very fast. It's our last few hours in Taipei. No more shop shop shop, eat eat eat. But life will still goes on.

Not wanting to waste our last few hours in Taipei,we woke up early today to sing K. As mentioned earlier, the lobby is just like a hotel lobby. Grand and big. We were directed to our room and though it's only 4 of us, we were given a room large enough for 8 pax. The sound system was great and there's even a toilet in each room.

Hi tech setup

Our Breakfast - Beef noodle

Dim sum

Prawn porridge- the prawns are really large and fresh

& fruits

The toilet bowl. The blue label is like a QC check certifying that the toilet had been cleaned

The total bill is only NT$1200(less than $60) which includes 3 hrs of singing, cover charge for 2 adults, 1 jug of coke, 2 bowls of prawn porridge, 1 bowl of beef noodle and 3 trays of dim sum. Where can we find such a great deal in S'pore.

We checked out from the hotel at 12 pm and still has 3 hrs to do some last min shopping. Bought some hello kitty bags and wallets. So disappointed that we didnt get to try the hotpot buffet at Rainbow Hotel as we are running out of time. Went to the swinging theme restaurant instead. The food is quite like the Hong Kong cafe in S'pore but is definitely much better.

Seating on the swing in the restuarant

Reached airport at around 4+. Shopped around for more goodies for friends and had the beef noodle there. Not very nice as the beef smell is very strong.

Last few shots in Taipei

Reached back S'pore at around 11 pm. Was shocked that Kevin, Alison, Karin and Jodie came to fetch us. We had 3 big luggages. A few packets of hand carry stuff and our sling bags. Luckily there's 2 cars or we will not be able to squeeze all our luggages into 1 car.

Finally back home after 7 days. The house still look the same. Haha. Luckily no one break into our house. We unpacked our luggages and finally got to sleep at 3+.
