Spend the rest of the day at home cause Kennie was having a high fever. Must have contracted the virus from Veona and also due to having too much BBQ food yesterday. Hope she will recover soon as we are going to GC this coming Fri. & hopefully it won't spread further to either Videl or me.

Went to West Coast Plaza to support ZM in the final for the Hey Gorgeous aka Xiao Hua Xiao Cao Competition. Too bad we missed the performance part where he sang a duet with another finalist. He did pretty well in the question and answer segment when the Compere asked some crab question. We were glad that we didn't go there in vain as he emerged the winner for the Xiao Cao category. He walked away with $2000 and he owe us a big treat which he promised us earlier. Hopefully he can get a contract with Mediacorp.

BBQ session at David's house again. Think it's going to be the last time we are having BBQ there as he's moving soon. We are no stranger this time and we helped out in the BBQ. The previous time we just opened our mouth to eat and didn't help out at all.

Chit Chatting till quite late, having tea, coffee and wine appreciation session.

Was on child sick leave today to look after Veona. She is running a fever since Tues and has been going home immediately after her exam. It must be due to the stress caused by the exam. Anyway , I have already anticipated that she will not be getting good grade this time. Think she couldn't adapt to the sudden workload in Pri 5. Nvm, we will work harder next semester.

We finally brought her to see the GP yest. Initially thought that the fever will subside after taking Paracetamol but the fever has been going up and down. The visit is so ex lor. $60 for consultation and medicine. Kennie stayed at Mil's place on Tues to look after her cause she's worried that her fever will go too high. Poor me. I was all alone at home.

She's feeling much better now after taking the expensive medicine. Watching show, playing facebook, pigging, eating. Btw, they have just registered for a facebook ac recently and was busying playing the games in it. I have also just activated back my ac. Had deleted it previously cause I find that it's kind of boring though it's the latest hype as I find that there's nothing much in it. Maybe I'm those type of old fashioned ppl that rely on contacting frds via phone calls/sms rather than those networking program. Will give it another chance.

Think I suffered a relapse of slip disc on Mon but it's not so serious as compared to the previous time. We are going to GC next week and I can't image if my slip disc is back to haunt me. Sigh... So much had happened this week.

Veona was having a fever today. Guess must be too stress up from exam. Think she wont do well this semester. Will try to help her after our Gold Coast trip. Just let her enjoy first.

Back relapse on Mon. Was really very worried that it might be a prolonged problem and will affect our holiday. Will be on leave tmr to rest.

Trying out my new LX3. Still figuring how to use it. Though it's those point & shoot digital cam but there's quite a no. of manual features that I can explore. But I still ended using the intelligent auto mode.







Attended Norman's wedding at Rasa Sentosa Resort. Sian! Kids' exam is just tmr and instead of revising with them I'm at a faraway island by myself. It's really very inaccessible and to make matter worse, it's raining heavily. Was really an obedient soldier cause I actually followed the instruction given in the invitation card to park my car at the beach carpark and transfer to the resort shuttle bus. Should just park my car in the resort like what most of my frds did.

Missed the solemnization as it was raining very heavily. Should have stayed at home longer if I know that I'm going to be late. It's my first time attending the wedding at Rasa Sentosa. Thought it would be a high class place and it's would definitely cost a bomb but I was wrong. Its only $800+ a table. Lucky for me or the Ang Bao will burn a hole in my pocket. Think it's the rain and venue that many people fly aeroplane. There's only 6 guests in my table and we had at least 2 serving of food. Aunty and I actually left at around 9+ and the table was only left with 4 guests. Actually felt quite bad but this place is really very inaccessible. I wouldn't want to wait till the end of the dinner and have to wait for the resort bus and to squeeze with the rest of the guests. Sigh.. Only manage to eat 3 dishes tks to the lengthy video and speeches from his Best Frds.
