Kennie's 1st attempt using the RMB$5k bread recipe. Why RMB$5k recipe? Cause there's a lady who love this recipe so much that she used RMB$5k to buy the recipe and share it with frds around her. 

Kennie used the bread dough recipe to make my favourite Luncheon Meat. Yummy. The bread was nice but not the luncheon meat. Should use the round canned luncheon meat (China Brand) instead of the rectangular can luncheon meat (Ang Mo Brand). Should also toast the luncheon meat before wrapping it in the dough. 




Brunch at Azue at Crown Plaza@Changi Airport. A belated Bday treat for Margaret. The seafood bar has lots of our favourite seafood, Slipper Lobster, Tiger Prawns, Green Lipped Mussel and Freshly Shucked House Oysters. But a bit disappointed as we were expecting Sashimi but it's not part of the menu. Sian. A bit ex. $55++ for adult. Book online and get 15% discount.
