Relapse of slip disc on mon. Think must be due to my sitting posture or is it that I'm ageing? Was on MC on Wed and visited Kang Liang.  Opening hour is at 10am but he came only at 10.45am. Was the first in queue. Lied down on the bed the whole day.

On leave on Thurs. Initial plan was to meet up with Jerrell and gang and also to buy my CNY clothes. Have to fly aeroplane as I'm still not well.
