Our homemade bf. Ham and cheese wrap. Nice!!


Our nutritious home cooked lunch.
Boiled Vegetable with Soy Sauce 油菜
Beef Steak. Bought the wrong beef to cook. Tasteless and very hard.
Steam Ikan Kurau
四神湯 Si Shen Tang, The soup is very good for strengthening the digestion system, improving appetite. This soup is very mild and can be taken for long term (but not suitable for people with chronic constipation).
Combination of Brown and White rice. Brown Rice is a better substitute to white rice. It comes with a whole lot of health and beauty benefits instead of just helping in increasing the carbs in the body.  This is our first attempt to cook brown. Tasted quite nice actually
Visited Uncle at SGH as he's in ICU. Initially the Doc suspected that he might have contracted tuberculosis but now they said it could be other sickness. Sometime I dun really know whether to believe in what the doc said as they are always giving contradicting or wrong info. 


Collected my tailored made pants and dinner at Vivo City. Kennie's favourite, Jpot. The food at Jpot never fails to impress me. Food is fresh and the service was top notch.












A walk at Sentosa Broadwalk after dinner.  Nice place to have a stroll on a good weather night.
