TGIF & it's Good Friday. Went to the newly opened Jcube (the former Jurong East Entertainment Centre). It's our KPI to set our feet on newly opened shopping mall. Keke.
It's like a normal shopping mall but there's an ice skating rink and IMAX movie theater. The skating rink is Singapore’s first and fully integrated Olympic-size ice skating complete with a 463-seat gallery.

So ex to skate. |
There's an indoor 4D motion ride at Jcube |
Lunch at Eat at Taipei. Was so happy to see a Taiwan cuisine restaurant near our neighbourhood cause we didnt have enough of it when we were in Taipei. But the food here is nothing compared to those we ate in Taipei. It's really 一个天一个地. Think we will not eat Taiwan cuisine in Sg again.
Must give credit to their menu cause it's very attractive. |
Pearl Milk Tea |
Fried Chicken Chop. The best among those we ordered. |
四神汤 . $4.90 for a pathetic small bowl of soup. I tht they have given me the wrong order when the waiter served me. |
Oyster Vermicelli. They used braised pig intestine instead of those crunchy type. I tht I was having Kway Chap. Lol. |
The restaurant is facing the skating rink so it's a good place to dine and to watch skating performance or any competition. |
There's a competition at the Rink. Envy envy that they can skate so gracefully.
Cam whore before going out for dinner.
Dinner at You Huak Restaurant (coffee shop) which is directly opposite Sembawang Shopping Centre. This place is famous for their white bee hoon. Queue can stretch all the way to the end of the coffee shop.
Fried Fish Head. A bit ex. $12 a plate and there's only 5 pieces of fish head. |
The infamous white bee hoon. Very very delicious. |
Fried Thai style chicken wing. |
Bitter gourd omelette |
Cheap and nice food. $33 for all the above. |
