Karin's Farewell Dinner

Kids went for their CCA and we brought Granny and Ah Gu to Chinatown Point for bf. Wanted to bring them to Nanyang Cafe but it only opened at 11 so ended at Mouth Restaurant. Surprisingly the Dim Sum here is very nice but it's a bit ex. Granny enjoyed the food so much that she ate a lot today. The waitress has forgotten to include the Chee Cheong Fun in our order and Granny insisted to have it despite that all of us are already very full. Haha

At first I tht it's Kimchi and I was wondering why Chinese Restaurant served Korean food.

This is their speciality. It's a bit like Polo Bun but the inside is filled with salted egg custard. Thumbs up. Very innovative.

Farewell dinner for Karin at Zi Yean Restaurant at Blk 56 Lengkok Bahru. She will be going to China for the next few years or maybe for good. Organised a surprise farewell dinner for her, tks to the main organiser, Karen. Initially it involved more people but luckily they have been removed from the guests list due to budget constraint. Dont mind paying for our immediate family but definitely dont feel shiok if I have to pay for the rest. Haha.. that's me.

Welcoming her. Anyway she sensed that we are up to something cause she felt that there are too many loopholes when Kevin tried to date her, the kids calling her etc.

Sexy Chopsticks holder Dinner was served. All expensive stuff, shark fin, abalone, garouper etc but the food is overrated. Expensive and the food not really that nice. Think each table cost around $600. The worse part is, the abalaone taste of moth balls.

Kids stayed over at Karin's house. It will be the last time that they will be staying over. Not only kids staying, Justin, Jodie, Lucas and Delano are staying as well. Sweat. Looking after 6 kids. Think only she can do it.

Kennie and I went clubbing at Shanghai Dolly, only 2 the of us as we were lazy to jio kakis. UOB having a 1 for 1 promotion for hard liquor so we ordered 1 bottle of Hennesy. Keep 1 bottle and drunk another. Suppose to drink half bottle and keep the remaining but ended drinking 2/3 of a bottle. Was so high... and ended taking a cab home at 3 plus.
