Fetched Kids from School and went to visit Mum. Her health has not been very good recently and her skin condition is getting worse. She visited some religious place hoping to find treatment for her condition.

Dinner at our favourite chicken rice at Margaret Drive. Correction as it's no longer our favourite. They have shifted to an air con coffee shop just beside the former Queenstown Cinema. They have a larger varieties now but the standard of the chicken and rice has dropped drastically. Business is also not as good. Maybe I will give them another chance and will not return again if the food is still the same.

Went to Karin's house to bring the TV and fan and bought some groceries for Granny.

Finally submit Veona's choices of sec school via the internet. 1st to 6th choices as follows: Zhenghua, Hillgrove, Greenridge, Teck Whye, Regent and Fajar.

Heaven is playing a spot on us. I have always been telling her to study hard so that she wont end up in Zhenghua but now I'm praying that she can get into Zhenghua. The cutoff point for last year is 211 and the standard is increasing so there's possibility that she might not be accepted. Sigh.............

Kids went for their annual Girls Brigade Camp at Sembawang. We visited Granny and brought her to Ang Mo Kio for Dim Sum (Just Hong Kong Dim Sum). It's a Dim Sum stall in a coffee shop. I decided to go for a try as it was featured on the television show, 超级小吃“赞”2. Apparently the lady boss is some famous restaurant's Chef previously.

Though it's much cheaper then restaurant but the standard is definitely not there. & also felt that Dim Sum should goes with a pot of hot chinese tea in a chinese restaurant (with air-con).

It's actually some flour stuff wrapped with shred carrot.

Went Sitex at Expo. Bought a GPS and a MP4 player.

2 Lau Havoc went clubbing with small boys again. Actually wanted to go Shanghai Dolly but Jesse is back from Aust for his summer holiday so joined them tonight. Went Dbl O. This is our visit there after they shifted. So mountain tortoise as we didnt really know the exact location so ended walking a longer route to reach there.

Cover charge is ex, $25 for guys and $20 for gals with no free drinks but the drinks there are cheap. It's some House music night tonight. Songs really CMI. Left at around 2+ and adjourned to St James. Ended chilling out at level 2 instead of dancing at the main club.

Release of PSLE results

A Super stress day for me as it's the release of the PSLE results. Think I'm more nervous and stress up than her. While she's in the hall listening to the principal's opening speech (while I'm waiting outside the hall), I cant help thinking about the amount of effort that I have put in to teach and guide her all this years but her results is always not very good.

She got 212 for her PSLE with 2 As, 1 B and 1 C. Actually I have expected her to get between 200 to 220 but was still quite disappointed as her result was pulled down because of her science. This is the worse result for her science comparing to previous SA and CA. It has pulled her results down significantly. Sian. Now she has to go to those neighbourhood school with lots of B and L. Just hope she wont be influence by them. Oh btw only 54% of her school is eligble for Express stream so we should be contented that she's 1 of them.

Went shopping at Raffles City to collect my watch. A big hole in my pocket as it cost $400+ to repair. Will nvr buy a branded watch again as it will cost a bomb to repair. Went JP to search for kids' Christmas present as we have promised to get them a Baby G. Kennie couldn't take leave today and only joined us for dinner at JP after work.
