Belated Bday treat from Sharon at Tom Ton@Central, another Ramen restaurant from the owner of Tampopo Liang Court. Their Specialty is the Berkshire (or 'Black pig') Tonkatsu. The Berkshire is well known for their fragrant and it's more tender as compared to normal meat but I personally felt that it tasted almost the same as a normal one. & it's not cheap, a small piece of Tontatsu cost around $20. As for the Ramen, I would think the original Tampopo tasted much better. Talking about it, I think it's time to pay them a visit.
This is something new, at least for me. We need to grind the sesame using that thing shown in the photo, then pour in some sauce and we have a sesame sauce dip for our food.
Kids went for their piano while we went JP. Managed to get some good deal for wine. Was all ready to enjoy the wine when I cut my hand while handling the wine glass. The wine glass just cracked on my hand and my hand was cut by the shattered glass. It was quite a deep cut and I can see the skin peeling off. I should have gone to see a doctor to either wash the wound or to stitch the wound. But as usual, I have phobia in seeing doc and thus didn't go. Was hoping that the wound would dry up after a while. Though the blood keep flowing out but it's at a much slower rate as compared to earlier.
