Went jogging at West Coast Park in the morning. Seems like it's going to rain but luckily the sky clear off after a while. As usual, Kennie is leading the rear. Heh....

After much pestering from Veona, we visited the Goat Farm again. We managed to witness the milking session this time and we were all amazed by the instrument they used to milk the goat. A hose that look like a vacuum cleaner was placed on the teats and it will start sucking the milking.

Next we went to Lim Chu Kang Jetty. I like to go there as I like the peaceful view of the sea and mangrove swamp. There will be people fishing but guess most of the time, they went back empty handed.

Green Mussel that we found at the shore.

Home cooked Chicken Rice. Something that I have not cooked for years but seems like my standard has not dropped but has improved instead.

The rice - Instead of using the chicken oil, I used normal cooking and fried the garlic, ginger and rice for a while. Add in the chicken stock from the boiled chicken and add in salt, light soya sauce, sesame oil and padang leave. Must remember to put more soup the next time as the rice is too hard.

Grind the chilli, garlic, ginger, salt and lime juice. Forgot to add in sugar.

Dip the chicken a few times to the boiling water (with garlic) to cook the skin before placing the whole chicken in the water. Lower the fire and boiled the chicken for 30 mins. Place the chicken in ice water for 10 mins. Cut the chicken and add in sesame sauce and soya sauce.

Add in cabbage, boxthorn and toufu to the remaining soup for a bowl of nutritions cabbage soup.
