Mil taught us how to make Prawn Noodle today. Actually it's quite easy. Peel the prawn and fried the prawn shell till it's fragrant and crispy and add in some rock sugar . Put in the prawn shell into the a pot of water and add in pork rib. Fried a lot of shallot and add in the shallot into the pot of prawn soup. Boil the soup for an hour and add in light soya sauce. Yummy. The pot of prawn soup is ready. Cook the noodle and add in the ingredients like prawn, fish cake, quail eggs, kang kong, bean sprout and pork rib. Sound so easy right? But actually there's a ot of work.

We went to Horsecity (100 Turf Club Rd, just beside Turf City) in the afternoon. The main attractions here are actually Pony rides and pony feeding. There's also a European Bistro Bar and a gourmet shop (Picotin) that serves European Cusine. Seems like a nice place for a Sun Brunch and for a relaxing dinner.

Durians? Nope. It's the ponies's poo poo

Super ex. $10 for a short pony ride

Dinner with Karin at Bosses Vivo City, a bday treat for her. I like the name of this Restaurant cause the chinese name is 社会 (Triad). Look quite classy and think most of the customers will get lost in the their toilets. A bit ex though and serving for some of the dishes are quite pathetic. Anyway, had a very bad experience here which result in canceling the soup and due to the incident, we were given complimentary durian mochi.

Appetizer - fish crackers? Not very sure what is it.

Fired Beef and it cost $22 and the portion is pathetic

Chili Prawn

Bun for the prawn

Pig Stomach Soup with barley and ginko. Not the usual pig stomach soup that we alway had. Only drank a bit before it's taken away.

Roasted Chicken with garlic and chili powder

Fried Rice with 3 kind of eggs. Century Egg, Salted Egg and normal egg

Custard Bun with Salted Egg

Yummy. The thick hot custard is simply delicious.
