We had KFC for dinner. Not the usual KFC but Korean Fried Chicken.  At Chicken Up at Tanjong Pagar's little 'Korean Enclave'.

Nice Truffle Fries. We are fan of Truffle fries. Will definitely order if it's in the menu

Korean Tang Hoon. Not very nice. Oh well, it's not in the must try dishes in HGW.

Spicy up. Yummilicious. Crispy and fat free skin.

YangNum Chicken.. Not very nice in my opinion.

Watermelon Soju. $38 for this and can feed 4 pax. It is served in a watermelon bowl. Soju is added to fresh watermelon juice, can taste the fresh watermelon bits and the sweetness of the juice, which wholly masks out the harshness of the Soju. Will be back to try their other version of Soju i..e pineapple, yakult and pear.

I really cannot hold alcohol well. My face will turn red even when I drank a small glass of beer or liquor. Look so ugly and paiseh. Look like some drunkard.

It's payback time. Eat so much so it's time to work. Haha. She fixed the cabinet that we bought from IKEA.

Mum and Sis came to our house and we prepared lunch for them. Limited varieties as Mum is allergic to seafood so we can only use chicken or pork for most dishes. But in the end she also didnt eat much and she asked why I nvr cook seafood.

My first attempt to cook Sio Bak (Roasted Pork) using air fryer. Tasted ok but it's not very crispy. Supposed to poke more holes on the skin before cooking so that it will be crispier but I just cant poke the holes using fork. Think next time will buy those tool to poke holes from hardware shop. But maybe no more next time cause it's not that cheap. One small piece of pork belly costed $20 and the whole house smells of pork after cooking. Think it's cheaper and more convenient to buy from Sio Bak stalls.

Choosing the Precious Moments Figurine. This is the most stressful part as Kennie is very particular when choosing it. She will not accept the slightest bit of scratches, colour fade, etc so the Sales Assistance will open many figurines for her to choose. Stress to the max as I'm worried that the Sales Assistance will take a broom and sweep us out. Haha.
