Looking for Nice Food and spending $$

Yippee. It's super LWE again, a Mon without the Mon blue. I love Mon.

Bf at Maxwell Mkt. Favourite raw fish with porridge.

Some random shots at Chinatown Point

Good Morning Nanyang Cafe at Chinatown Point. Heard that they served the nicest Kopi. It's nice but it's definitely not the nicest in my list. The Kaya ciabatta is very nice.

Sigh.. my tag heuer is not working again and it's going to cost me close to $500 to fix it. Have to fix it since it's a gift from Mil. Heart pain. We are really going to a economic crisis.

At the service centre at Raffles City

Wasted more money at Sim Lim Sq. Bought a portable 3G router and subscribed to a mobile broadband plan from Starhub. Was thinking that I can carry the 3G router around so that I can access the internet anywhere but the internet speed really CMI and the router suck battery like nobody business. Shd have done my homework before buying it.

Even Trishaw business was commercialised. Will it go into IPO in future?

Lunch at Bugis St FC. Super nice Fish Head Bee Hoon. Kennie and I always come here to eat during our dating days.

Club Silk

Our homecooked lunch.. simple but nice. yum yum.

Kids stayed overnight at Karin's house and it's clubbing time for us again. it's only the 2 of us again. Took bus 190 to Orchard but the bus broke down just a few stops after leaving the interchange. The bus captain's service really cmi. If we didn't ask for the complimentary tickets, he would have got away with it. Most of the passengers just alight without taking the tickets.

4D no. for us. 1029. Huat ah!

Went Club Silk which is located at Orchard Hotel. Free entry for DBS cardholder and 1 for 1 till 12am. The place was quite hard to find and in the end we followed a group of 3 clubbers who are also looking for the Club. OMG. The place is empty and we were the only 5 customers inside. Oh btw, the place is opened by Robin Leong, ex mediacorp actor. We went to 7-11 to get some drink hoping that the place will be packed when we went back.

Sian 1/2, the place is still as empty when we went back and the group of 3 clubbers (Esther, Germaine & Shaun) invited us to join them. We hit it off quite well. Hehe... have new clubbing kakis already. Though the place is quite empty, we still have much fun.

I swear this is the last time that I will ever wait for a Night Rider. I would rather not club if I need to save that $20. I was damn pissed off. Waited from 4 to 5 pm for NR3 and the interval is supposed to be every 20mins and the last bus is at 4.45pm. In the end, we took a cab home.

Dinner Treat at Woora Nara Korean Restaurant

Dinner treat from Sis at Woora Nara Korean Restaurant at Lorng Kilat. Sis is so good, just tell her I need a treat from her and the next moment, she's treating me. Keke.

Our first choice is Woora Nara but it seems that it's quite desserted so we have a change of mind and walked over to Kim's Kitchen but it was fully booked so LL have to go back to Woora Nara.

Like most Korean Restaurant, we were served the complimentary banchan immediately after our order. There are only 7 varieties here as compared to 12 at Kim's Family but nevertheless they are still very delicious since it's free.

We orderd quite a no. of dishes(see below for the nice spread). The food is not really that fantastic but it's much cheaper as compared to Kim's Family. Oh btw, they are famous for their fried chicken with a few different varities but we only got to try the original flavour.

Our aim is to try out all the Korean restaurants in this area. There's so many of them here and we are taking notes which is the best.

Comex 2010

It's the start of the 1 week school holiday for the kids. Went Comex today. Had buffet porridge at Hotpot Culture Marina Sq for Brunch. Quite cheap, think it's $6.80 per pax but the spread is not that fantastic. Simple dishes which you can get from normal Kopitiam serving Teochew porridge.
Suntec Convention Hall is super pack as usual tks to Comex. Bought a Canon All in One printer and Kennie bought 2 x X-mini speakers. Trying out Canon's printer cause the previous 2 Epson printers that we had couldn't last for 2 years.

Kopi Time at ...... (forgot the name). I'm in love with Affogato. Espresso with Vanilla ice cream. What a nice combination.

Videl and I wearing the same colour spectacle. Now we looked more alike.
