Durian with Dad

Dinner and Durian session with Dad at Jurong West. Kennie finally got the chance to eat her Mao Shan Wang. Super ex lor. $20+ for a durian but I must admit that it's really very nice. Bitter sweet with thick flesh and small seed. It truly deserved the title of the King of Durian.

Dinner with Dad

Dad is back from HK for a week. Dinner with him at Pioneer Wharf at Jurong Point. We had the steamboat buffet, food is quite fresh but the price is a bit ex. Actually felt quite bad as I seldom communicate with him. We aren't really very close as we only see each other a few times a year. Sigh.... I miss the good old time when I was P2 & younger.

NDP Appreciation Dinner

We had our NDP Appreciation Dinner at a Taiwan Porridge Restaurant at Amoy Street. Tks the Boss of this restaurant for the sponsor. Heard that they have been sponsoring Appreciation dinner for the NDP committee for many years. There are so many letter of appreciation from previous years' NDP hanging on the wall of the restaurant.

The dinner ended quite early and I went jalan jalan alone at Clarke Quay while waiting for Seah and Co. TCSS session with Seah and TP Lee at TCC. So funny. Seah actually meet us at Boat Quay TCC but both TP Lee and I ended at Clarke Quay instead. Have not met up with them for years. They are all doing quite well in life. Seah is happily married with a 1 year old daughter and TP Lee will be getting married next year.

Sakura Sakura Sakura

A rest day for the 4 of us. Can't really remember what we did cause this post was updated after 1 mth.

Dinner at Sakura. The queue was horrible. Waited for an hour plus before our turn. Think everyone is attracted here because of the 50% promotion. Real cheap after the discount, only around $13. This is the 4th time that I have patronised Sakura (The previous times were at Downtown East, Clementi Wood and Jurong Sports Complex)and the experience is always dis.......... Wouldnt have come here if not for the promotion.
