Went to Mum’s house to celebrate Uncles Huat’s Bday. If I recall correctly, this is the first time I bought a cake for him. Kennie couldn’t join us as she has been working late recently.

Nothing much last weekend. Kids went for a 3 Days 3 Nights stay at Sis's house. They stayed over at her house from Fri night till Mon. Kennie and I slacked at home the whole day on Sat watching show and surfing net. Went over to Sis's house for dinner. She actually prepared dinner for all of us. So nice of her. Kids also didn't go anywhere, just had bf with Granny and creating havoc at Sis's place.

Kennie went back OT on Sun and we went to Suntec to look for the kids. They attended the church service at New Creation while we went shopping at Marina Sq. Talk about the Great Singapore Sale, that place is surprisingly deserted.

Last day of the holiday camp for the kids. Sis brought them to Marina Sq to play arcade and to Chevron to play bowling. Sis was quite angry today cause the kids misbehaved themselves. Think it's the first time that I saw her so angry with the kids. Maybe it's accumulative after the 3 days of looking after them. Anyway, it's really a challenge to bring 4 kids out for 3 days. I really salute her. I don't think I will ever dare to try that.

Happy Bday to Veona.

Was on leave today to celebrate her Bday. Think my boss is going to scold me already cause I'm always not in office, either on leave or on course. Actually couldn't take leave cause was quite busy this mth but didn't want to disappoint her. Kennie was on half day leave.

Karaoke Session at Ten Dollars Club. 5 hours of singing. Sing till my voice became hoarse already. No lah.. Actually Videl and I didnt sing much. It's the bday gal and Kennie that have been holding the mic the whole day.

Had a simple celebration for Veona's Bday at our house. Think next year we will just book a chalet to celebrate her bday cause weather is really very hot.

What a tiring day. Luckily I do not have to work tmr.

We participated in some Amazing Race at Botanic Garden with the kids today. We were allowed to join in as Parent Volunteers as some parents actually withdrew from it. Initially only Kennie was allowed to participate. So sad that I couldn't join in initially and was thinking how I'm going to spend the day. Was later told that I can join in as Observer and in the end, I was allowed to join in the competition. So fickle minded of them. There's a standard set of questions for every teams and we had to go around Botanic Garden to find the answers. It's actually quite easy to find the answers as clues were given. Overall the whole event is poorly co-ordinated. In the end, we didn't even know who was the winning team,

Jodie came over our house to stay for the weekend. Some fun at the newly opened Garden Roof Top at Lot one. It's actually divided into 2 parts, the water and normal playground. Weather was super hot this few weeks so we bought a fan at Courts. Think my electric bill is going to shoot up next mth cause I'm going to switch on 3 fans in my living room. The hot weather is driving me crazy.

Their Specialty - Beef Noodle. The portion is very generous and the beef is very big and tender. Yummy. So juicy.

Meet the teacher session today. Videl got Band 1 for all subject except for Science (Band 2). Initially thought her result is still quite acceptable but was told by the teacher that she's in the last few positions in her class. Her teacher has actually expected her to have better results. Overall, she's very responsible in class and always eager to help the teacher.

Veona got 80+ for Maths, 70+ for Science and Chinese and 50+ for English. Nothing much to be happy about her result cause the papers are easier this term. & her English has dropped so much. Hope the lesson at British Council can help her. Really worried that she might get very bad grade for PSLE. Teacher's main concern is that she doesn't participate much in class. Didn't want to try to answer as she's worried that she might be laughed at.
