Kennie went back office as she has lots of unfinished work. Must tell my 2 bao bei not to join the accounting line when they grow up. People get to clear their leave during year end but those in accounting line still need to slog like hell as they need to close the account.

Lunch at Lavender Food Centre. Heard so much good review of the Wanton Mee and after seeing the long queue, I ended queuing for it too. Portion is pathetic and nothing to rave about it. I will never eat their Wanton Mee again.


Shopping at Suntec and Marina Square. Bought quite a no. of CNY clothes for the kids.

Brough Mil to try the Ren Ren prawn noodle. She simply loves it.

Visited Granny as it's rice dumpling day. Wanted to let the kids try making their own dumpling but Granny has already finished making it. Guess age is really catching up on her as she has forgotten that we are coming.


Shopping at Tiong Bahru Market as Kennie wanted to buy some cloth for Granny to make blanket for us. So bad of her. Always takan Granny to make blanket for us. :p just joking.

Went to sis's place for Christmas celebration. She will invite us to her house every Christmas for a small gathering and she will either prepare or cater food for us. Uncle Huat couldn't join us as he's working late.

We had our Branch Cohesion at Kushin Bo. Food is just average but anyway, it's free. The fund is from our WITS project and boss is kind enough to let us use it for the cohesion.





We went bowling after lunch. As usual, I'm just a spectator as I don't like to bowl. We had our gift exchange after the games and I got myself a chain watch. Haha. So auntyly so I gave it to Alice.





Went shopping alone after the cohesion. Some went back while the majority went singing at Kbox. So much to buy but so little money to spend. Sigh. Bought some small Christmas gifts for the kids and Kennie.

The kids went for their piano lesson in the evening while we went to JP to buy their text books. Sian. Most of them are out of stock. No choice but have to go to the school to buy.

It's Hari Raya Haji.

Had Bf with Mum. There's quite a no. of stuff that she couldn't eat due to her skin problem so I brought her to Maxwell to eat the raw fish porridge.

Bought some toiletries at People's Park Complex. The stuff there are real cheap. Head & Shoulder shampoo cost $8+ at NTUC but it only cost $5+ here. Hehe. I'm a bit like housewife now. Getting cheap deal.

The kids went to Mac party at Bukit Merah Central. It's organized by Karin's neighbour, a home based tuition teacher. The party is actually for her students but she invited us. So nice of her.








Dinner at Chinatown Temp Market. Waited for almost 45mins for the claypot rice.

Tues: Lunch at Guilin restaurant at Hometeam Ns at Bukit Gombak. It's actually a farewell lunch for Ping Wah, Jason and Ah Seng. We ordered the $98++ set but the restaurant served us the $228++ set instead. Initially they wanted us to pay the full price but we insisted that we ordered the cheaper set and should not be made to pay more. The manageress had no choice but to agree to it. haha.

Weds: Attended a seminar at Depot Road. As usual,wasted my time again. It's super long weekend. Will only be back to office on Wed.

2 more days of work and I will be on leave from 21 Dec to 1 Jan.

We will be having our Branch cohesion this Fri. Called a few restaurants to check out the price for the buffet lunch. Most of them have increased their price due to the festive season. Planning to have it at Marriott Cafe but it's really very ex costing $49++.

Had dinner with Mum. Her skin condition is getting from bad to worse. My heart felt so pain when I saw it. She's now seeing a TCM. Hope she will recover soon.

Ms Teh invited us to her house for Christmas Party. The morning session involved only her students so Kennie and I went to JP to buy Christmas presents. Managed to buy all the presents at Kiddy Palace. Joined the kids at Ms Teh's house for lunch. Each family supposed to bring some food for the party and in the end only our and another family brought something. They brought cookies while we made ham and egg sandwiches.
