Finally watched Spiderman 3. Quite a nice show but a bit draggy and little action in the first part. Didn't know Spiderman is such a Casanova and even allowed his fan to kiss him. He even performed in front of his fans. So comical. But there's also the sad part which caused Kennie to start crying. Hai. Woman!
Visited Sharon as she has just given birth to a baby boy. So cute. Didn't play with him as he slept the whole duration when we were there. The little boy was 3 weeks earlier as he was too eager to come out to this world. Sharon was warded on Weds as she experienced contraction and was in labour for 12 hours before giving birth.
Decided to prepare a mother's day meal for my in law tomorrow and went looking for crab but couldn't find any. Will go to either Tekka Market or West Coast Road to buy tomorrow. Very long didn't cook crab already, hope my skill is not that rusty.
Went shopping at IMM and Kennie fell in love with a sofa made of bamboo. Cost around $1600. Got to KIV the plan first.

Lunch at railway mall. There's this restaurant that specialize in fish like Fish & Co. and Manhattan. IMO, the food at this restaurant is definitely much better than the latter. There's a great varieties to choose from, price is cheap and the service is great. I will definitely go back again. Too bad I didn't bring my camera. Free lunch for the past 3 days. Think I'm really becoming like a Gigolo. Haha.
Received a call from my in law that she managed to find a tuitor (Teacher Connie) for Veona. She's her tuitor for P1 & 2 but it's group tuiton. It's considered good news. But another update from her spoiled my whole day. Teacher Connie said according to 1 of her students in Veona's class told her that Veona was scolded very severely by her Chinese teacher as she scored the lowest mark for Chinese. I was damn sad when I hear this. I have put in lots of effort to teach her and this happened. I really hope this is not true. When I checked with her, she told me that she was previously punished for been talkative (like me) and not for her result. What a relief when I heard it but it's still too early to smile as she has not gotten her result yet.
Went for meetup with KIA Club at Kallang Mac. The turnout was great and they start flaunting their ride, sound system and some flaunting their nice figures (saliva dripping). Didnt stay long as I got nothing to flaunt.

Philip came to my office today to settle some stuff for the ICT next week. ha, poor thing. came back alone to do. In the end, my colleagues helped him out or he would have to come back again tomorrow.
Lunch with him at cafe cartel. The dory fish really CMI, it's not fully cook. The manageress still has the cheek to tell me that the texture of the dory fish is supposed to be like that. In the end, she changed another plate for me. haha. So full after that cause I ate 1 1/2 plate of dory fish.
Philip is doing quite well now. Earning around $6k monthly by teaching saxophone and clarinet. If only I have such a talent. He will be getting married on 10 Dec this year.
Actor Christopher Lee faces 4 weeks jail

MEDIACORP actor Christopher Lee has been sentenced to four weeks jail and slapped with a fine of $4,500 for drink driving and other traffic offences.
He has also been disqualified from driving for three years.
He will be appealing the jail sentence handed out by the judge for failing to render help after knocking down a motorcycle carrying two men near Mustafa Centre in October last year, said Lee's lawyer, Senior Counsel Lok Vi Ming.
Lee, who appeared expressionless when the sentence was read out to him in court on Thursday, pleaded guilty to four out of five charges.
The actor has been granted bail of $20,000.

Got 0.75 for the special bonus. Though it's not a lot, I can use it to mod my car. Actually already spent most of it though I haven't receive the money yet. Hope it will be a yearly bonus.
Sian. It's so difficult to get a tuition teacher for my daughter. Called up Justin's primary school teacher and tuition teacher but their schedules are all full already. My mother in law volunteered to teach veona but I already feel very bad as she seems very stress up looking after the 4 kids. If she's to teach Veona, guessed she will be more stress and might breakdown eventually.
Or should I teach her myself? Actually I don't mind teaching her but I don't really know how to explain the meaning of the words to them. Sometime we think that the words are too easy and we know the meaning but it's very hard to explain it to them. Kids nowadays need to draw model for their maths problem sum which we didn't learn when we were young. I can teach her those basic model but for complicated type, I really don't know how to do.

Super shack after the run today. Weather was super hot.
Went to a tuition agency near my in law's house. Thinking of changing Veona's home tuition teacher. Her current tuition teacher look like those without motivation and slacker type. She doesn't look like those committed type, more on those type who is interested in earning money instead. The things that I dislike most about her is that she doesn't buy the assessment books for her students. She will depend on the parents to buy it. How would we, parents know how to buy and know which books are good for the child? She should try to find good assessment books for all her students. By letting all her students do the same assessment, it's easier for her to assess the standard of her students.
She also don't provide feedbacks to us. She should provide feedbacks be it negative or positive so that we know the progress of our kids.
Anyway the tuition agency don't look that good too. There's around 12 students in each class. It's quite difficult to manage such a large class, the children will end up talking and not concentrating. Beside that,it's only 1 hour every week for each subject. How much can they learn from such a short duration?

Was on half day leave today. Went to Sin Ming to wield the bracket for my OPC no. plate. The workmanship sucks. The whole number plate looks uneven after the installation. Cost me $80 for such lousy work. Next I went to Vicom to fix the OPC seal.
Went to fetch Kennie from her office and set off to JB. Was told to come back 2 days later as they need to order the replacement part for my steering wheel. Sian 1/2. Mean another wasted trip for us. Wanted to install open pod for my car but decided not as the guys there don't seem very confident in fixing it. Don't know whether it's ex or not. $280rm for simonta open pod. will source around for better installer and price.

Went to Kennie's office cause she OT again. Boring day cause I need to revise all the subjects with the kids as they are having their examination next week.
Went to Ikea to shop. Was surprised that it's not as crowded as before, there's no queue going to the carpark or people queuing for taxi. Think the crowd are all in the new Ikea. Bought a few photo frames, a big storage box and a small iron board. The iron board is very cute, we can sit on the floor to iron the clothes as it's very low. It reminds us of the good old time when our mothers put many layers of cloth to use it as iron board. They will then sit on the floor to iron the clothes.
Dinner at Alexandra village. We tried the claypot prawn noodle, claypot stew beef and roasted duck rice. They are some of the good food at ALexandra Village.
Was very sad that my new steering wheel is spoiled. There's no chio chio light from the steering wheel. Guess have to go down to JB on either Mon or Tues to get it fix.
