It's Polling day. Bf at Toast box and went to Sharon's hse. Have been waiting to arrange for a gathering with her family but she's always so busy. Her sons are so cute and fun to play with. G was involved in the polling so didnt get to talk to him much.

Sharon prepared a sumptuous lunch for us.

Dinner at zichar place at our place. Played board game and watched polling results. Out of 89 seats, the People's Action Party (PAP) contested all and won 83, with the other 6 seats won by The Workers' Party of Singapore (WP);

Kennie helped me to straighten my hair. Some selfie shots.

The eve of Polling Day is designated as Cooling-Off Day, a day when election campaigning is prohibited. This 24-hour campaign silence period is to give voters some time to reflect rationally on issues raised during the election before going to the polls.  So we were on leave today.  Need to rest our brain so that we know who to vote for tomorrow. LOL. I was on full day leave today while Kennie was on half day leave. Had lunch at Ajisen Clementi Mall and then 3 hours of K session at Kbox. $14 for 3 hours of singing with free flow of drinks.

PSI reached 200.

Bf at Ya Hua Bak Kut Teh 亞華肉骨茶 BKT. The last few visits to Ya Hua had been disappointing. Thought of giving it another chance as the chef might have woken up at the wrong side of the bed and thus explained the drop in standard. But it's still the same for this visit. Dun tink will be dining there again. Maybe can try their another outlet at Havelock Road which William commented that it's much better.

Went to IT fair at Suntec. It has been years since we went to one. It used to be my favourite. Always looking forward to it but I no longer like to go. Too many ppl. Too much radiation. Not much to buy. Signed up a credit card from BOC and got a free powerbank. Hehe.

Kennie trying out her luck at the sure win tikam stall as we paid for William's Asus laptop using her SMRT citibank credit card.

Outside Mum's house. Waiting for her to open the door as she's bathing.

Had Prawn Noodle at Beach Road Prawn Noodles at East Coast Road.

2 hours of bicycle riding at East Coast Park but it rained halfway through. Our first experience playing under the rain. Thinking of buying bicycles for the whole family. Then we can cycle to Mum and Mil's house after we scrap our Xiao Hei. It's also very ex to rent the bicycle. $12 for 2 hours.

Standard thing that we will do when cycling which is to get ourselves a cup of sugarcane drinks at the Hawker Centre. Sugarcane drinks tasted extremely nice when we are hot and tired.

Dinner with William at Yu Cun Fish Head Curry (渔村砂煲咖喱鱼头) At Upper Paya Lebar Road. Those who returned from overseas always have craving for Curry Fish Head. This is something which they cannot get elsewhere. Food at Ya Cun is nice.  Price is affordable

Shopping at Bugis Village and Bugis Junction. Selfie to end the day.

TGIF.

Dinner at the cafeteria at Big Box. The concept is like the IKEA restaurant. Pick the food from the counter and pay at the counter.

Errr... food not really v nice.  First and last time visiting it.

Nice tea set at Big Box. Thinking of buying one for office.

Polling Day is just around the corner. All parties are trying hard to win more votes by organising Rally. Our 1st Rally at Bukit Gombak Stadium by People's Power Party. Not my cup of tea. Left after 5 mins.
Cat also attended the Rally. Lol
