Sneak preview of new Downtown Line, before the first stretch of the line opens for passenger service on Dec 22.  Unlimited free rides along Downtown Line 1 (DTL1) to explore and view the different architectural details, as well as the Art-in-Transit artworks unique to each station. There are three stages for the Downtown Line. In addition to DTL1, DTL2 and DTL3 are slated to open in 2016 and 2017 respectively. Definitely looking forward to the opening of all three stages. We took the the train from Chinatown to Downtown station which is just right at Marina Bay Financial Centre.

There are also any activities happening at all the 6 stations.

This is the first time that we didnt take leave for this important occassion.

Kennie is busy with year end closing while I have 2 meeting today. Things have not been going smoothly for me. Ac got lock out and my office cabinet key is lost.  Hope my positiveness can overcome all problems.

Went to the new Westgate shopping centre at Jurong East for dinner. It's not fully open yet. Another good place for us to shop and dine.

Anniversary presents given by our Bao Beis.

Ear piercing at Boon Lay Gems (Bukit Panjang Plaza). This is their second piercing. The first was when they were only a few years old. Veona was the brave one while Videl was making a lot of noise as she was very scare. The guy doing the piercing even wanted to activate another guys to do the piercing for Videl concurrently for both ears as he's worried that she might back out after she pierced the first ear. LOL.

On leave today. Slack at home with kids. 

Our dinner - Wu Xiang Bee Hoon. Kennie cant stand me cause I always like to eat fried stuff. Super unhealthy. Sometime I will have craving for Wu Xiang Mee Hoon.  It actually brought back memories of my childhood days. We only got to eat it when my mum has a little more money to spend. Those were the days. I miss the good old days so much.
