OIL for Deepavali. Kennie couldnt take leave as she's busy clearing her work this week so that she can enjoy her holiday peacefully.

My back is still pain and I was like limping when I walk. Hope I can recover before the trip. Or is the limping going to be permanent?

Kang Liang Chinese Physician

Usual swimming lesson in the morning. My back is so painful that I have to lie down on the beach chair for the whole duration of the swimming lesson.

The pain is so unbearable that I have to pay Kang Liang a visit. The sinseh is really 再世華佗. Just by pressing and twisting my back for a few min and I was like 70% cured. But it's really very painful when he twisted my back and that's the main reason why I have been delaying treatment. The queue was super long. Be prepared to wait for at least an hour for your turn. Good money. $50 a patient. Think he sees at least 30 customers everyday.

A bit of advertisement for him. Blk 253 Jurong East St 24 #01-255 Singapore 600253. Phone: 6562 6295. Closed on Sat.

Dinner at Great Eater restaurant at Bt Batok. It's actually a kopitiam and not a restaurant. They are famous for their crab and each is already labelled with price tag so we do not have to be worried about getting an overpriced crab. Food not really that nice.

Happy Deepavali to all my Hindu frds.

We visited the new attraction in Sentosa RWS - Adventure Cove with Kevin and family. Actually it's not that new already but it's our virgin trip. It's super crowded as it's a PH.

Map of Adventure Cove
Small locker cost $10 and we can open as many times as we want. This locker is similar to the one in Universal Studios which require our date of birth and a colour of our choice for double verification.

We need to keep our spectacles and slippers in these cylinders. Sian. Cant see anything without my spectacles.
Dueling Racer - upon the signal of the life guard, we will kick off and challenge the other party beside and see who will slide down the fastest.

Bluwater Bay - the usual Tsunami Wave pool

Big Bucket Treehouse - for the young and cute little kids.

Rainbow Reef - get close  to the fishes while snorkeling.

The finale @ Splashworks. Jumping from a height to a 4 meters deep pool. Why did I call it the finale? Cause I hurt my back when my body hit the pool.  I struggled to swim back to the side and  the pain was so unbearable that I felt like fainting. Siao liao.
We left shortly after I hurt my back. Sian. Hope will recover before our Taiwan trip.

Dinner at Bt Timah FC.
