59th Company Enrolment Service

Sat

Kids went for the rehearsal for the Girls Brigade Enrolment and Dedication Service while we went to HDB CCK branch office to make partial capital repayment to our housing loan. Thought of settling 2/3 of the loan and to increase the monthly repayment but was told that we are bounded by the valuation limitation.  Something new that I had learn. Was disappointed that we couldn't shorten the loan period. Sigh. Anyway we spend the rest of the day at home again.

Our Bf at Ghim Moh FC

Once a year, all GB Girls and BB Boys are required to attend the sponsoring church, St John's Chapel for the Enrolment and Dedication service at St Margaret School. . There, the senior pastor for the church will pray a special blessing for the GB girls, BB Boys, and officers/helpers from various companies sponsored by the church. The pastor will also be spreading God's messages to all of us and singing of Church Songs. & then induction of Recruits followed by lunch.

Our lunch

Our dinner at Cod Fish Speciality House where they serve Pu Tien Hing Hua cuisine .

The coffee shop is at some ulu place opposite Phoenix LRT. Look a bit like Malaysia. Price wise is quite affordable but the food is a bit disappointing.  Will be back again to give them another chance.

Smelly Head. Veona just cut her hair,

Hing Hua Bee Hoon. Ingredients are generous but think the oil they used is not very fresh or is it  Bee Hoon?

Fried Yam. It would taste better if they didnt add in the sesame seeds.
Fried Prawn Paste Chicken. Normal only
Fried Broccoli. Nice with lots of ingredients.

Simple lunch prepared by Chef Raymond
