Went shopping at City Link and Raffles City after Veona's tuition.

Our lunch at Xin Wang Taiwan Restaurant at City Link. Went there to redeem the bday gift and bday discount for members. The bday gift is a palar brand red wine but just nice for our needs.

Next, we went to Raffles City and spend a bomb on the scrap book materials. It marks the start of doing scrap book. Let's see how fast our new hobby will last.

It's Lantern festival today. Usual stuff in the morning, kids went for their CCA and we slacked at Mil's house. Oops, we made Mil angry today.

Went to Karen's house in the evening. She prepared a sumptous steamboat buffet to celebrate Kennie's bday. Instead of using stock to cook the raw food, she used porridge instead. It's our first time trying it though we had heard of restaurant serving such steamboat. The starchy porridge is supposed to make the food smoother and tender. Overall, it's quite nice.

After dinner, we went down to the playground to "Shang Yue" but too bad the moon is covered by the cloud. There's no lantern this year so we made do with the candles instead and also playing with the firework or whatever you call it.

Kennie met up with Karen and Aunt for dinner at JP. A bday treat for Kennie. Sob Sob. I was not invited. Went to meet her at JP after sending the kids to their piano lesson.

Happy Children's Day Bao Beis. But too bad couldn't take leave as I was really too busy. It's also Kennie's Lunar Bday. Another excuse to eat out.

Had pizza at Kennie's favourite pizza, Pepperoni Pizza at Greenwood Ave, nicely tucked behind NJC and Raffles Girls' Primary School. What we love about Pepperoni is the thin-crust pizza. The menu has an extensive range of pizzas and it comes in different sizes. Kids can also do some drawing with the paper table cloth and crayon provided. Btw, the price quoted is nett without GST and service charge
