Kennie and I were on leave to bring the kids out. We had prawn noodle at Beach Road prawn noodle. Still felt that the Ren Ren Prawn noodle is the best.


Went to Playground @ Big Splash. It's actually a revamp of the old Big Splash with nothing simliar to the old Big Splash except for the name. It's more like a place for food with activities like inline skate, cycling and some kids playground. So ended going to Downtown East, the kids' favourite place. They had an hour of fun playing at the Explorer kids. Running up and down, sweating all over. Couldn't play with them as I'm worried that it might aggravate my back.









Wanted to go back to Big Splash to try the coffee that's opened by Mark Lee but didn't manage to go as there's a heavy downpour. Ended at Marina Sqaure and we had Pasta Waraku for lunch. Think the only food worth commenting is their pizza. It's not like those normal pizza with thick crust. The crust is rather thin like omelette and it's top with prawn and scallop.




Went to sis's house to find Mum. Sis is on MC due to eyes infection. Mum was quite happy that we visited her and keep chatting none stop with us.

Finally booked my IPPT today. It's on 26 Mar at Maju Camp. Just hope I can get the minimum passing points so that I do not have to return for RT.

Lunch treat from Boss at Railway mall. So nice of him.

Mil has not been feeling well recently but she does not want to see a doctor. There's nothing we can do but to pray that she will be ok.

Will be on leave tmr to bring the kids out. Actually wanted to bring them to Wild Wild Wet which we have promised them since Dec but it has been raining very heavily for the past few days.

BF with Granny and Aunt at Tiong Bahru Plaza. We always like to bring them out for bf and they always praise us in front of Mil that we are very fillal. keke. There's a wanton mee stall that attracted my attention. The queue was super long and there's newspaper cutting pasted on their stall. So decided to try it and luckily the queue moved very fast. Their speciality is actually their char siew which have a unique name "not exposed to light". The meat is actually from the armpit of the pig and so it explained how it got its name. Armpit? Will there be BO?




We took a bust to Suntec as the road will definitely be congested due the IT Show. True enough, the whole Suntec was super packed.

Kids went for the church while we went shopping. Managed to squeeze into the IT SHow. The things there are like FOC as most of the ppl are carrying big boxes containing TV, printer, desktop and many many more.

Went down to IT Show super early in the morning hoping to beat the crowd but only to realized that it will only be opened at 12. Sigh. So we went for lunch at MS and shopped around. The IT Show was super packed when we reached there. It's not even opened and they are all queuing outside. Kaisu S'porean. Haha. I'm one of them too. Anyway, I bought an ASUS F8 series laptop and left the place immediately. Just can't stand crowded place.

Tried the newly opened Donut at Raffles City. Tasted much better then Donut factory but the downside is the place is very cramp.

Excited over my new toy, I went back home to play with it. Though the kids are having their school holiday next week, they still have lots of homework and tuition work to be done. Can't their teachers just give them a break?

Kids will be staying at Karin's house tonight as they will be going to church tmr. So surprised that Vencent and Karen were willing to take a lift from us and even invited us to their house.

Went down to the IT Show yesterday to check out the price for the laptops. Should be getting a ASUS brand as it's quite a reputatable brand and the price is quite cheap as well. Can't stand the promoters as most of them provide me with half F info.

Finally fit enough to jog after resting for almost 2 mths from my back injury. Took my time to runa as I was worried that the injury might relapse again. Need to clear IPPT by end of this mth. Confidence level = 0.

Kids got back their CCA results. Videl got Band 1 for all her subjects but she should be able to get much better grades if not for her laziness and carelessness. Veona got Band 1 for her Maths and Chinese, Band 2 for English and Science. Really need to push her harder for her next semester as she's rather weak in her Science and also need to read more books to improve her English.

Went down to IMM to collect the Samsonite Luggage that we have ordered. Still have to pay $200+ for it even after the trade in promotion. Original price was $400+. What a waste of money but Kennie wanted it, so what can I say.

Spend most of the time at home doing the art project for Videl. It really was tiring but I only help out a while as my back hurts after sitting for too long. Kennie complained of back pain and it seems like the sympton of slip disc. Hope she's ok.

Kids went for their CCA while we stayed at Mil's house to watch chinese drama.

Have to rush home after CCA to do the art project for Videl. Still thought I could take a break till next seminster as they have just finished their exam.

Meet Agnew and Jo at T3. That place is just like another shopping centre with lots of shops and restaurants. There's even a very large food court at the basement. The place is flooded with S'porean instead of tourists. S'porean just like to explore new things. Ha.

Dinner at Dian Xiao Er. Seriously nothing much to rave about. Simple food with not so simple price tag. Don't think will be returning for more.
