Jogging at ITE College West. Just recovered from the "deadly" viral flu so only managed to run 2km. BF at our favourite koka noodle.

Went home to do housework. Then to North Point and to Shirley's Baby full mth celebration. Left after 5 mins as I do not know anyone there.  Belated Bday treat from Kevin and Alison at Ah Yat.  They ordered all my favourite seafood. Yummy

I really salute them. They still have room for dessert after the dinner so we ended at latte e miele artisan gelato.
