Cancelled the appt with Max and Co. cause my back is still very pain. This is the longest suffering that I ever had. What's wrong with me? (Afternote: was on MC on 19 Sep. Went for a xray of my lower back and everything seems alright. May consider going for a MRI if the pain still persists.)

Went Sis's house. She cooked our favourite pig trotter vinegar for us. 1st attempt. Passed!
She will be going for an ops the week after next. Hope everything is fine.
