Have not been running regularly recently as the weather is really very cold. I hate running in cold weather as my whole body feels so stiff. Finally forced myself to run and tracked my run using the iphone running app. Age is catching up and I'm running slower and slower.

Craving for Korean BBQ after seeing the pic that Veona took during her date with Karin. Cant resist the temptation so made a reservation and off we went for dinner at SSikkek.
