Went ICA to collect my new passport. Just dun understand the system. Why is the pp only valid for 5 years and not 10 years?

Chung Cheng Chilli Mee - chilli mee is actually dried prawn mee mixed with their specially made chilli paste

Famous Prawn Mee. It's much drier as compared to other prawn mee and they used fine bee hoon instead of thick bee hoon. Serving is quite pathetic with 2  prawns and few slices of sotong.
