Videl was sick today. Fever all of a sudden and Kennie took leave to look after her. I went for my FFI at JMC. Was diagnosed to have High BP and given excuse IPPT/RT for 3 mths and pending downgrade. Doc advised me to exercise more and to watch my diet.
