CNY celebration at Villa Francis Old folks home. Our Co. adopted this home so this year's CNY celebration was decided to be held her. We engaged an event co. to organise the games for us. Lots of stage games where we invited the old folks to join us. The old folks must be very happy that we were there to spend the day with them.

Lou Hei, lunch and fall out. Shiok. half day off. Went home to slack, took a nap and went fora  run. Must exercise at least 3 times a week to reduce my weight, tummy and BP.

It's Ren Ri (人日, literally Human Day) today. In Chinese legends, nüwa (女媧) is the goddess who created the world. She created the animals on different days, and human beings on the seventh day after the creation of the world.

Boring day. Kids have to revise their hw. Wanted to pampered ourselves for some nice food since its Human Day but Videl was doing her hw like a tortoise. So ended having dinner at our coffee shop at our place. Super CMI. Must remember not to eat their zi char and Rojak again.

Kennie woke up early to cook porridge for us. Dried scallop, dried oyster and silver fish porridge. Delicious + Yummy = Deliyummilicious.

CCK Ave 4 open house for Mum and Sis after 4 years. Hehe

Mum cooked bee hoon and porridge. So paiseh. I'm supposed to be the host but she did the cooking. Sis also brought Yu Sheng. Super Duper ex. $98 bucks.

Videl was sick today. Fever all of a sudden and Kennie took leave to look after her. I went for my FFI at JMC. Was diagnosed to have High BP and given excuse IPPT/RT for 3 mths and pending downgrade. Doc advised me to exercise more and to watch my diet.
