GE2011

It's a Public Day today cause it's GE2011. It's quite an exciting GE this time cause all except one group representation constituency (GRC), Tanjong Pagar GRC has been contested and Singaporean are getting more and more interested in political issues.

Our BF at JP Swensens. Think Mac's BF tasted much better.

Selling Mother's Day's stuff at NTUC Extra at JP

Spend the rest of the day staying at home as Kids are revising for their exam. Accompanied Kennie to the voting station at BP Goverment High.

Our dinner at Fat Fish, a Thai Steamboat and BBQ restaurant. It's located in a previous British Colonial Offcers' Base, beside Admiral Hills country Club at Sembawang.

It's an ala carte type of buffet where we ordered the dishes and they served to our table. The food is very fresh especially for the cockles, slice beef and prawns. The staffs were very friendly and attentive.

We stayed up till 2+ to see the results of the GE. The PAP lost Aljunied GRC and Hougang SMC, giving the Worker's Party a foothold in Parliament. The WP has finally broken the GRC gridlock. PAP won with the lowest winning margin of 60.1 percent since independence, 81 out of 87 seats in Parliment.
