NDP CR3

On NDP duty again. I will be managing the Red Sector so it would mean that I will have the best view of the entire show. This year's NDP will be held at Padang, a significant place as Singapore declared her independence here on 9 Aug 1965. Singapore celebrates the nation's bday at the Padang every 5 years ever since we gained independence. Another signicant event is the mobile column, military and civil defence vehicles will roll pass Padang saluting to Singapore. This year, the mobile column will continued to 5 heartlands after matching pass Padang.

Kennie and Baobei came for the show today as we managed to get the tickets and it's for the Red Sector. Though the preparation is only around 50% completed. the kids enjoyed themselved begging me to get tickets for subsequent shows. It was drizzling for the whole show but it did not dampen the mood of the Spectators and the performers.


There are 7 designs for the Fun tote bag this year but for CR and NE shows, there are only 5 designs available.
