Today is my 9th Wedding Anniversary.

Breakfast at Bedok FC. I was stop by a ROV officer while finding the PIE. Think the officer must have thought that I didnt display my OPC coupon and I'm trying to avoid him, and that's why he stopped me. I was panicked when he signaled to me to stop one side and I actually drove towards the opposite direction. He looked quite fierce and requested to see my OPC coupon & I thought, that's it. He will uncover some of my mod and will got a hefty fine. But he did not, phew. That was close. Sometime I really think they treated us like some criminals or someone who will break the law just to save that $20, tks to some black sheep.

We had an enjoyable day at Escape Theme Park. Entrance is only $6 per person and ice cream, snack and carnival games are included. It's really very cheap. Poor Videl, she didnt get to play most of the ride as she's not tall enough. Nvm, we will be back again when she's taller.

Dinner at Tampopo which is located at Liang Court Basement. The Hokkiado ramen was nice and the name is also very unique, black pig shabu shabu ramen. The black pig ramen is the thin slices of berkshire pork, or "black pig", which is imported from the United States. They are so moist and tender they almost melt in your mouth. Coupled with the Korean chilli flakes added to the soup, this bowl is good to the last drop. They had several posters advertising their ramen on the wall though, saying that their soup was made from simmering with pork bones for two days. Sounded impressive. Some of the sashimi are quite rare and is based on season, and they serve fresh wasibi too.

The shop's name, Tampopo was named after a movie. The movie is about a lady entrepreneur who runs a ramen restaurant. The sensory dimension of eating noodles is played out very lovingly. It's a real foodie movie. Think there's a part where the male and female leads exchanged an egg yolk in their mouths. Will watch it if I have the chance.

A happy day for my family but was actually spoil by an idiot Honda Civic driver. He really thought he own the road and drive like there's no tomorrow. Maybe he thought I wanted to challenge him or maybe my car decal boast a 200 horsepower to my underpowered 1100cc Picanto. Think he's not very happy but in the end we went separate way. Think either he got some problem up his head or he simply like to bully the small. Shall not talk more as it really boil me when I think about it.
