A boring morning in the office. Went out for lunch at West Mall and the standard of the hotplate sambal chilli fish has dropped. They used to add a lot of sambal chilli and the fish is piping hot and fresh but today, they put a miserable amount of chilli (think the price of the chilli must have went up) and the fish is cold and hard. Had coffee outside West Mall and it tasted really nice.
Proceeded to CSC to check out the place for my Co.'s Anniversary. The place looks quite big and I got lost initally. I nearly stepped into the Ladies. Can you imagine if the management see me with a Camera in hand and walking towards the ladies? & from the CCTV, I'm looking around the place looking lost. They might have mistaken me for a peeping Tom. Anyway took some photos and left at around 2.
Went back home to design the poster for the Anniversary.

Today is my 9th Wedding Anniversary.
Breakfast at Bedok FC. I was stop by a ROV officer while finding the PIE. Think the officer must have thought that I didnt display my OPC coupon and I'm trying to avoid him, and that's why he stopped me. I was panicked when he signaled to me to stop one side and I actually drove towards the opposite direction. He looked quite fierce and requested to see my OPC coupon & I thought, that's it. He will uncover some of my mod and will got a hefty fine. But he did not, phew. That was close. Sometime I really think they treated us like some criminals or someone who will break the law just to save that $20, tks to some black sheep.
We had an enjoyable day at Escape Theme Park. Entrance is only $6 per person and ice cream, snack and carnival games are included. It's really very cheap. Poor Videl, she didnt get to play most of the ride as she's not tall enough. Nvm, we will be back again when she's taller.
Dinner at Tampopo which is located at Liang Court Basement. The Hokkiado ramen was nice and the name is also very unique, black pig shabu shabu ramen. The black pig ramen is the thin slices of berkshire pork, or "black pig", which is imported from the United States. They are so moist and tender they almost melt in your mouth. Coupled with the Korean chilli flakes added to the soup, this bowl is good to the last drop. They had several posters advertising their ramen on the wall though, saying that their soup was made from simmering with pork bones for two days. Sounded impressive. Some of the sashimi are quite rare and is based on season, and they serve fresh wasibi too.
The shop's name, Tampopo was named after a movie. The movie is about a lady entrepreneur who runs a ramen restaurant. The sensory dimension of eating noodles is played out very lovingly. It's a real foodie movie. Think there's a part where the male and female leads exchanged an egg yolk in their mouths. Will watch it if I have the chance.
A happy day for my family but was actually spoil by an idiot Honda Civic driver. He really thought he own the road and drive like there's no tomorrow. Maybe he thought I wanted to challenge him or maybe my car decal boast a 200 horsepower to my underpowered 1100cc Picanto. Think he's not very happy but in the end we went separate way. Think either he got some problem up his head or he simply like to bully the small. Shall not talk more as it really boil me when I think about it.

Was angry with the kids as they are still having their dinner and watching TV at the same time when I went to fetch them. Threatened not to bring them back but still brought them back in the end. I even bought them stickers at the pasar malam, shouldn't I be punishing them? Hehe... think I'm too softhearted. Sian. Kennie OT again. Doing year end closing.

Had Nasi Lemak @ Lucky Plaza for BF. It's not as nice as I last ate it. The chicken is hard and rice is not so fragrance. Guess the best time to order is during lunch hr on weekday. Kennie and I bought some facial products from H2O. Think we really need to take good care of our face as age is catching up with us. Kennie suggested we split the bill. She's very smelly cause righfully, I shd be paying lesser as hers is more expensive. haha
Damage $290
Veona and Videl stayed over at Karin's hse while we went clubbing. Met Kevin and Ah Lai when clubbing.
Club/Pub that we have visited today.
Madam Wong - Free Entry as it's Happy Hr
Quite disappointed with the crowd. It's just opened recently and the place is not that crowded already. We actually expected it to be full house. Didnt really enjoyed myself as I'm having stomach flu and Kennie was entertaining Kevin and Ah Lai. Agnew and Stormez came around 1+ (tks to Lester as he was super late) and left around 3+. I really kudo to Kevin and Ah Lai. They can really drink. Think they must be immune to the Alcohol effect. Yippee, I have MW's member.

Momo - Free Entry using OCBC Titanium card
Think the crowd has dropped due to the opening of St James PS. But maybe I could be wrong as we left before 11. But outside look quite deserted even at 12 and 1.
