It's New Year Eve. Worked half day and fetched Kennie from her office. Lunch at Eighteen Chefs at Tiong Bahru Plaza. Watched Police story at JEM. Quite a touching story.

Then to Ikea to buy more stuff. Dinner at Ah Hwa BKT. Went to Dad's house to take over the house from the tenant. The house is really in a very bad condition. Furniture falling apart and bed bugs everywhere. The taking over will be delayed. They will have to clear up the mess before handling it back to us.

Went home to countdown. No countdown party this year.

Bye bye 2013 and welcome 2014. Expect to have a challenging year ahead.

On leave today. Finally Kennie can take a breather as she has cleared most of the urgent stuff. Kids went to Ms Teh's house while we went dating at Ikea.

Jam at the new Marina Coastal Expressway. The MCE was officially opened today and it's supposed to divert the traffic more efficiently but it actually caused the traffic to a standstill. Disappointed. Was late for the concert. So paiseh as we were ushered in halfway through the concert.
