It's holiday time. Hehe. Not now but in another 9 mths. Booked our air tickets to Gold Coast. Will be flying with Scoot, Singapore’s newest low cost carrier wholly owned by Singapore Airlines. $1600 for 4 of us and it's flying direct to Gold Coast instead of Brisbane. So much cheaper then flying with SQ.

Army Family Day / Army Open House

Visited Army House at F1Pit with the kids, Sharon and Gerron. Both our dear couldnt make it due to work commitment.

Started off with the Dynamic Defence Demonstration (D3) Show. Almost the same performance like previous AOHs.

Performance by the Red Lion.

Toy parachutes dropping down from the sky. Everyone is trying to get their hands onto one of it. Gerron was quite sad that he couldnt get it.

Didnt complete the whole place as the weather is really very hot. Hot, sticky, thirsty and hungry.

Poor Veona. Having fever and headache. Must be becos of the hot weather.

Malacca Trip

Day 1

Finally a holiday getaway to our neighbouring country after a year. Traffic is very smooth at 2nd link and throughout our journey. Reached Melaka at 9+ after 2 hours + of driving. Love long distance driving.

Found this rustic ulu makan place when almost reaching the red house in Melaka.

Shopping at Dataran Pahlawan Mega Mall. It's a low budget getaway so I only allocated a small amount to everyone of us for shopping. But it's fun cause we can control our buying and only buy the necessary and things we really liked.

Nice and affordable Peranakan food. Can never find it in Sg

We will definitely camwhore in the restaurant after makaning.

Caught idling

Went to check in after lunch. Staying at Hotel 906 again. Dun mind staying there though it's not so convenient as compared to Hotel Equatorial and Holiday Inn but it's really cheap. $50 for a triple room.

End of our Malacca trip. The returned trip is very tiring for my car as the weather is very hot. It has aged but it still served me faithfully.

Was thinking and craving of KFC when I was driving back. Thinking of having KFC for dinner at Lot one and I saw KFC at the rest area before reaching the custom. Heaven is so kind to me. Hehe.

Went jogging at ITE College West (growing fat already so must exercise more) and dinner at Porn's Sexy Thai Food opened by Pornsak at Junction Ten. No pic cause it's an impromptus decision to have dinner after our run. Wanted to lose weight but still ended up eating like a pig. Lol.

Some nice stuff that the kids bought in Melaka.
