A light bf at Nanyang Cafe. Finally get to try the orange ciabatta kaya toast. Haha.. I'm so mountain tortoise. Cause I thought the orange ciabatta got its name from the orange kaya but it's actually normal kaya that they are using. It's the ciabatta that is special. Baked with caramelised orange peel, the ciabatta carries a hint of citrus fragrance. But anyway, the original ciabatta tasted better imo.
Queuing up again for food. Seems like a nice Yong Tau Foo stall at People's Park FC. Not worth queuing.
Homecooked lunch.
A simple bday celebration with Karin at Tea Party Cafe at Sixth Ave. Looking at my previous post, it has been 3 years since we last came here. Wow.. how time flies, it seems only recently that we were here. The place was quite packed as compared to last time. But the board games are still the same pathetic few. We liked the place cause it's very cosy and they served cheap nice food. The games are complimentary so we just need to pay for the food unlike Minds Cafe and Settlers Cafe.
As the name of the shop suggested, they are popular for their different varieties of tea
