Kids finally finished their exams. Hope they will get good grade.

Booked tickets to Bangkok in June. Will be taking Jetstar Asia. Air fare is about $920 for 4. Quite expensive thanks to all the airport and fuel tax. Still thinking of which hotel to stay and which website to book it.

Quite disappointed that the DXOs will not be getting MAC in Apr. Sigh. PB will out soon. Don't have high hope this year.

Planning to go Bangkok during the June Holiday. Surfed the net to read the reviews of the hotels and to check out the price. Will be spending around $1600 for air tickets and hotel accmmodation for 5D4N. It's cheaper to book the hotel and air tickets online as compared to travel agency. Could easily save around $600. Should be staying in 4stars hotel like Baiyoke Sky or Grand Diamond Suite. Can't decide which is the better websites for booking the hotel room.

Heard that Thaksin will be returning to Thailand on 28 Feb. Guess will watch the situation before booking.

Kids doing last minute revision. It's a blessing that Videl has recovered.

Tap broke down and we called Kevin for help. He was kind enough to rush down immediately after he has finished doing his stuff

He invited us over to his place for Crab Bee Hoon. Tasted very delicious and it would taste almost like Ang Mo kio's with a few more practice.



Veona seated on his bike as there's no place in our car as we need to bring our TV for Mil to put in her room. She enjoyed it while I was quite worrired at her safety.

Seems like the war has ceased between Mil and Sil but they are still not talking to each other. The consolidation is that they will not be shifting out already.

Videl woke up with fever and Kennie brought her to see the Gp. Fever and stomach flu

Cancelled the apt with Agnew. Supposed to meet him at T3 for jalan jalan and to try the restaurant Dian Xiao Er which I heard good review on it. Gonna let him kck my ass as we have promised each other to meet this week as we have each other aeroplane few times.

Stayed at home the whole day as Videl was sick and Veona has to revise for her CA next week. Kennie cleared the whole storeroom and found a lot of prized stuff that we kept in it for almost a decade. 1 of it was a bob dog that Kennie gave me on my 19 or 20 birthday (oops! Can't remember the exact details) and another was Fatty Cat.

Kids went for their Piano lesson while we went to Sheng Siong to do some marketing for tmr.

Mil called and said she wanted to to our house to stay tongiht as she had a big quarrel with Sil. She changed her mind when we called to confirm with her again. WW3 has started. It's so serious that they wanted to shift out of the house.

Kennie was quite sad and ended crying. Kevin called and told us to made alternate arrangement for the kids as Mil might be shifting out and there will be no one to look after them. Guess we would have to transfer them back to Concorde Pri and put them in the before and after school care. Actually we offered to let Mil come over to stay but she's not very willing as I guess she's worried that we might get into a conflict as staying under the same roof will not be the same.

Just hope that both side can cool down and everything will be fine soon.

It's Yuan Xiao Jie and the last day of CNY.

Pooled some money with my colleagues to buy the 10 million toto. XX told me that he's consuming the Manuka Honey which is supposed to have anti-bacterial activity . Studies have shown that Manuka Honey can cure stomach ulcers, cough, sore throat and is good for the skin, quite tempted to try it.

Bought some assessment books for the kids and went to GNC to check out the Manuka Honey. It's quite ex costing around $70 for a 500g bottle.

Bought dumpling and went to Mil's house. Had dumpling at her house. Felt a bit upset cause we didn't had dumpling with Mum. She will be alone tonight as Uncle Huat is working. Wanted to bring some for her but it's already quite late.


No luck for the toto.

On half day leave in the morning. Accompanied Mum to NSC for her follow up appt. Not much improvement since the last visit. Doc said the medicine that the GP prescribed has instant effect but there will be side effect like diabetic, detoriation of eye sight and many more. Doc advised that it's best to stick to the mild medications that were precribed by him. Hope Mum listens to his advice as she likes to visit the GP whenever her condition worsen.

A peaceful day in the office as most of the collegues are out of the office for the next 2 weeks.

Luo Hei with Mil today. Again? Quite sick of it already but must be fair to everyone cause Mil has not Luo Hei yet. We were a bit pissed off with her as she wanted to wait for Sil to Luo. Just don't understand why she care so much for her but the other party is not reciprocating, so why care so much?

Woke up at 4 to send Dad to the airport. So sleepy. Expensive Bf at the airport. Just a normal fried mee with 2 sides and a hot drink cost $6.50. Suddenly, I felt that I missed him when he walked towards the departure gate. If only I can turn back the time, how I wish I could go back to the time when I was 5 years old.

Went Kennie's collegues' house for visiting. Kind of boring as we went to 3 ppl's house all spread over Singapore. Doing the same thing (giving the Mandarin Oranges to the host), eating and drinking almost the same stuff. Weather was super hot today and caused me to have headache again.

Went to Granny's place to visit her. Had dinner with Mum and Sis. The fish head steamboat at Balastier is really very nice. Have a heard time reversing at the back alley beside the coffee shop. So malu. Think ppl must be saying what I a kayu driver I am. Bish!

Kids went for their CCA while we went to the market to do shop marketing. Cooking seafood pot for them. Put lots of stuff in it. Fish head, abalone, sea cucumber, briased duck, roasted pork, prawn, tou fu, vegetables and many many. Tasted so yummy as they are all my favourite food. It's took a lot of effort to prepare it and I think it will cost a few hundreds if we eat it in restuarant.






Went Karin's house to Luo Hei. She even prepare sushi for us.






Alvin invited me to Dragonfly tonight but I couldn't make it as I will be sending Dad to the Airport early in the morning.

It's Valentine Day. Was on leave today. BF at Lot One and went to the bank to deposit the big fat Ang Pao for the kids.

Had lunch at Sun with Moon at Wheelock Place. Quite a lot of varieties to choose and they have a large dessert menu. Didn't get the chance to try their dessert as we were too full already.







Went scouting for laptop. Don't know which brand to buy as there's too many to choose from. Maybe I should wait for the PC Show in Mar.

No romantic dinner. Went to Mil's place for dinner instead.

Had dinner with Dad at Tuas area. It's his birthday today but it was his treat instead. Big Aunt, Grand Aunt, Gu Gu, my 2 cousins and sis joined us. Kids couldn't join us they are having school tmr. Missed out the great food. Anyway, the serving was pathetic. Small portion and expensive. Nothing great to talk about the food. The steam fish was the most ex costing $128 but it was hard like chicken breast meat.

Dad will be going back on Sun mon. Feel quite bad as I didn't spend much time with him.

Kids have to stay at home to finish their homework as school will reopen tmr. Busy supervising their work while Kennie is resting as she's still a bit unwell.

Went Pei Pei's house for house visiting. Do nothing much there. Kind of bored as I don't really like to go people's house.

Had dinner and Lou Hei with Dad and Sis at Guilin Restaurant. Celebrated his bday too. Anyway, the food sucks there.

Kennie having gastric pain the whole day due to excessive drinking. She has forgotten that she will have gastric pain if she drinks too much. In the she still drag herself out of the bed as we have promised to bring the kids to River Ang Pao.

We fetched the kids from Karin's house and went MS for lunch and did some shopping. River Ang Pao is quite boring. It's almost the same stuff every year. Went back after a while as Kennie is feeling terrible. Must really ban her from drinking.

Woke up, dress up and took family photos again. Vain family. Keke.


Went to Mil's house as the kids didn't see her yesterday. Had Brunch at Adams Road FC. Went to Granny's house again. Aunt cooked quite a lot of nice dishes as it's their custom to do the 2nd day of CNY. 1st day is vegetarian food and 2nd day is Kai Nian.








Went to LCK cemetary to pay our respect to Karin's mum. Most people will keep away from the cemetary during CNY but I personally felt that it's a good thing to do on CNY, to pay respect to our loved one who is gone with the wind.

Granny, Mil and rest came to our house. Luckily my house is still quite presentable after the last min spring cleaning. Kids stayed at Karin's place while we went clubbing.







Entrance fee for Velvet is super ex lor at $35. Really chop carrot. ZM was late as ususal so drinks are on him. Drunk till quite high and though music was not very nice but we still enjoyed it. Supper at River Valley prata shop. Food sucks.

I failed the alcohol tester thought I think I'm still very sober. So don't drink and drive.
